"Jodie was an absolute godsend and I cannot recommend her enough.
My brother and I hadn’t done this before so really didn’t know how to navigate the care system and she gave us complete peace of mind in an incredibly distressing time."

A message from our founder
Hello, I’m Jodie, an experienced registered nurse who has spent the last 25 years caring for patients in hospitals, nursing homes and in their own homes.
I started BCS to help stressed out families navigate the care finding process. Our trusted services are also utilised by large solicitors firms and other professionals.
For the last 13 years I’ve worked as an expert witness to the UK courts advising on care packages for older people and end of life care. I’ve seen many families struggle, spending weeks trying to research care options, all while their loved one waits in less than ideal circumstances.
The care system is complex and varies by area, making it stressful and time-consuming to find the right care for your loved one on top of all your existing responsibilities in life.
I’d love to support you with finding the best care for your elderly relative. Get in touch with us today, and I promise you will receive the time and respect your care search deserves.
“Talking with Jodie was so valuable. It is a real boost to find someone who is knowledgeable and trustworthy on your team.
I can wholeheartedly recommend her”
Dr Annie, Oxford.
