This package is great for anyone who prefers a more personal service.
We offer 3 in person visits to your loved one within 3 months of the home or residential care package being put in place. This ensures that they are happy and well cared for and gives you total peace of mind.
During our visits we discreetly conduct a quality audit using our years of experience in managing nursing homes and community nursing. We’ll speak to keyworkers, assess safety and cleanliness of the care environment, look at care plans, and have a friendly chat with your loved one.
We then report our findings back to you in a user friendly format and provide advice and support to deal with any issues that may have arisen.
